IQPlus, (29/9) - PT Diamond Citra Properindo Tbk (DADA) akan membagikan dividen tunai pada 28 Oktober 2026 sebesar Rp0,27 per saham kepada pemegang saham yang berhak.
Menurut Direksi PT Diamond Citra Properindo Tbk, berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang digelar pada 24 September 2026, perseroan menyetujui pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp0,27 per saham. Dengan jumlah saham sebanyak 7.431.530.800 saham, total dividen tunai yang dibagikan mencapai Rp2.006.513.316.
Adapun cum dividen di pasar reguler dan negosiasi ditetapkan pada 2 Oktober 2026, sedangkan ex dividen pada 5 Oktober 2026. Untuk pasar tunai, cum dividen ditetapkan pada 6 Oktober 2026, sekaligus menjadi tanggal pencatatan pemegang saham yang berhak atas dividen, sementara ex dividen pasar tunai pada 7 Oktober 2026. Selanjutnya, pembayaran dividen dilakukan pada 28 Oktober 2026. (end)
