IQPlus, (5/10) - PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk. (PRDA) emiten Jasa Pelayanan Penunjang Kesehatan (Laboratorium Medis) dan Klinik Swasta menyampaikan laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham (buyback) per tanggal 2 Oktober 2026.
Marina Eka Amalia Corporate Secretary PRDA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (2/10) menuturkan bahwa PRDA pada tanggal 30 September 2026 PRDA membeli sebanyak 293.000 lembar saham di harga Rp2.797 per saham dan pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026 membeli sebanyak 569.700 lembar saham di harga rata-rata Rp2.834
Selanjutnya pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2026 membeli sebanyak 538.800 lembar saham di harga Rp2.846 per saham. Dengan demikian sisa biaya Pembelian Kembali Saham kembali sebesar Rp107,5 miliar. (end)
