IQPlus, (5/8) - Sujito Ngatiman selaku pemegang saham PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk. (DEWI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Juli 2026.
Manajemen DEWI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (4/8) menuturkan bahwa Sujito telah membeli sebanyak 9.377.400 Lembar saham DEWI di harga Rp117 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan pembelian dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Sujito di DEWI menjadi 149,06 juta lembar saham (7,40%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 139,6 juta lembar saham (6,90%). (end)
