IQPlus, (6/8) - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk. (DIVA) menyampaikan laporan pelaksanaan pengalihan/penjualan saham hasil Buy Back periode 3 Agustus 2026.
Raymond Loho Direktur utama DIVA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (5/8) menuturkan bahwa DIVA menjual sebanyak 200.000 saham treasuri di harga rata-rata Rp133 per saham senilai Rp26,6 juta melalui PT Panca Global.
Dalam penuturannya Raymond menambahkan dengan demikian sisa saham treasuri yang belum dialihkan menjadi sebanyak 28.383.800 saham. (end)
