IQPlus, (14/8) - Djap Tet Fa selaku Direktur PT Astra International Tbk. (ASII) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen ASII dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (13/8) menyampaikan bahwa Djap Tet Fa telah membeli saham ASII sebanyak 500.000 lembar saham di harga Rp4.825 per saham senilai Rp2,4 miliar.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Djap Tet Fa di ASII menjadi 3,5 juta lembar saham (0,0086%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 3 juta lembar saham (0,0074%). (end)
