IQPlus, (12/10) - PT Beruntung Berkat Sejahtera selaku pemegang saham PT Era Media Sejahera Tbk. (DOOH) telah menambah porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen DOOH dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan Beruntung Berkat telah membeli sebanyak 545.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp330 per saham dari Prambanan Investasi Sukses senilai Rp179,8 miliar
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Beruntung Berkat di DOOH menjadi 779,09 juta lembar saham (7,04%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 234,09 juta lembar saham (3,02%). (end)
