IQPlus, (9/10) - Prambanan Investasi Sukses selaku pemegang saham PT Era Media Sejahera Tbk. (DOOH) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen DOOH dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan Prambanan Investasi telah menjual sebanyak 234.090.000 lembar saham di harga Rp350 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Divestasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Prambanan di DOOH menjadi 933,4 juta lembar saham (12,06%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 1,16 miliar lembar saham (15,09%). (end)
