IQPlus, (16/10) - Elaine Low selaku pemegang saham PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) telah mengurangi porsi kepemiikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen BYAN dalam keterangan tertulisnya (16/10) menuturkan bahwa Elaine telah menjual sebanyak 16.666.668 lembar saham di harga Rp2.588 per saham dengan tujuan Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Elaine Low di BYAN menjadi sebanyak 7.333.833.700 lembar saham setara dengan 22% dari sebelumnya sebanyak 7.350.500.368 lembar saham setara dengan 22,05%. (end)
