IQPlus, (22/9) - FERRY SUDJONO selaku pemegang saham PT FORE KOPI INDONESIA Tbk. (FORE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 16 September 2026.
Manajemen FORE dalam keterangan tertulisnya (21/9) menuturkan bahwa Ferry telah membeli sebanyak 2.215.500 lembar saham di harga Rp760 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi untuk memperoleh potensi capital gain dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Ferry di FORE menjadi 535,1 juta lembar saham (6%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 532,9 juta lembar saham (5,97%). (end)
