IQPlus, (19/10) - PT Sumber Garam Pratama selaku pemegang saham PT. Multi Garam Utama Tbk. (FOLK) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen FOLK dalam keterangan tertulisnya (16/10) menuturkan bahwa Sumber garam telah menjual sebanyak 25 juta lembar saham di harga Rp100 per saham senilai Rp2,5 miliar.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Sumber garam di FOLK menjadi 824,7 juta lembar saham (20,1587%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 849,7 juta lembar saham (20,7697%). (end)
