IQPlus, (21/7) - George Oetomo selaku Presiden Direktur PT. Triputra Agro Persada Tbk. (TAPG) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 17 Juli 2026.
Manajemen TAPG dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (20/7) menyampaikan bahwa George telah menjual sebanyak 150.000 lembar saham diharga Rp1.580 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham Langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham George di TAGP menjadi 56,4 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 0,2843% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 56,6 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,2851%. (end)
