IQPlus, (7/8) - Handoko Anindya selaku pemegang saham PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (ATIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 16 Juli 2026.
Manajemen ATIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (7/8) menyampaikan bahwa Handoko telah membeli sebanyak 20.000.000 lembar melalui Pelaksanaan (exercise) Efek Bersifat Ekuitas di harga Rp500 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Handoko di ATIC menjadi 258.741.323 lembar saham (10,3112%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 238.741.323,00 lembar saham (8,94%) . (end)
