IQPlus, (18/8) - Robin Sunyoto Direktur utama PT Hero Global Investment Tbk. (HGII) telah menambah porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 10 Agustus hingga 14 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen HGII dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (18/8) menyampaikan Robin telah membeli sebanyak 375.000 lembar saham HGII di harga Rp118-Rp124 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Robin Sunyoto di HGII bertambah menjadi 15,75 juta lembar saham (24%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 15,3 juta lembar saham (23%). (end)
