IQPlus, (6/10) - Robin Sunyoto Direktur utama PT Hero Global Investment Tbk. (HGII) telah menambah porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 29 September 2026.
Manajemen HGII dalam keterangan tertulisnya (5/10) menyampaikan Robin telah membeli sebanyak 50.000 lembar saham di harga Rp134 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Robin Sunyoto di HGII bertambah menjadi 16.550.000 lembar saham (0,25%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 16.500.000 lembar saham. (end)
