IQPlus, (12/8) - Pershing LLC Main Custody selaku pemegang saham PT Ecocare Indo Pasifik Tbk. (HYGN) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026.
Wincent Yunanda Direktur utama HYGN dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (12/8) menyampaikan bahwa Pershing telah membeli sebanyak 21.000.000 lembar saham HYGN di harga Rp155 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Pershing LLC di HYGN menjadi 164.490.500 lembar saham atau setara dengan 6,5% dibandingkan sebelumnya 143.490.500 lembar saham setara dengan 5,7%. (end)
