IQPlus, (15/10) - Ibnu Susanto selaku Komisaris PT Saranacentral Bajatama Tbk. (BAJA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen BAJA Dalam keterangan tertulisnya (15/10) menyampaikan bahwa Ibnu telah membeli sebanyak 243.553.918 lembar saham BAJA di harga Rp100 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Ibnu di BAJA menjadi 563,8 juta lembar saham (20,88%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 320,2 juta lembar saham (17,79%). (end)
