IQPlus, (30/9) - Anak usaha PT Indospring Tbk. (INDS) yaitu PT. Indobaja Primamurni (IBPM) melakukan Penjualan aset tetap bekas berupa 2 unit mesin Power Press pada tanggal 30 September 2026.
Bob Budiono Direktur INDS dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/9) menuturkan bahwa total nilai penjualan mesin tersebut sebesar Rp3.091.742.000 kepada PT Indospring Tbk (ISP) dan harga belum termasuk PPN dan merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena IBPM adalah Entitas Anak yang 96,50% kepemilikan sahamnya dimiliki INDS.
Dalam penuturannya Bob menambahkan penjualan aset ini tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional hukum kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha INDS. (end)
