IQPlus, (13/8) - Jerry Erfansyah selaku Direktur dan pemegang saham pengendali PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk. (INPS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen INPS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (13/8) menyampaikan bahwa Jerry telah menjual sebanyak 35.200.000 lembar saham di harga Rp350 per saham senilai Rp12,3 miliar.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Jerry di INPS menjadi 533,4 juta lembar saham (82,06%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 568,6 juta lembar saham (87,48%). (end)
