IQPlus, (20/10) - PT Inti Global Resources Indonesia selaku pemegang saham PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (ATIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ATIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (20/10) menyampaikan bahwa Inti Global telah membeli sebanyak 26.400 lembar saham di harga Rp392-Rp420 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Inti Global di ATIC menjadi 162,4 juta lembar saham (5,6115%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 162,3 juta lembar saham (5,6107%). (end)
