IQPlus, (12/10) - Iriawan Ibarat selaku Komisaris PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk. (PSSI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 September hingga 5 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen PSSI dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan bahwa Iriawan telah menjual sebanyak 235.300 lembar saham PSSI di harga Rp358-360 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham secara langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan maka kepemilikan saham Iriawan di PSSI menjadi 13,61 juta lembar saham (0,251%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 13,85 juta lembar saham (0.255%). (end)
