IQPlus, (3/11) - Vikram Sinha selaku Direktur utama PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ISAT dalam keterangan tertulisnya (3/11) menyampaikan bahwa Vikram telah membeli sebanyak 3.656.400 lembar saham ISAT di harga Rp1.365 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Vikram di ISAT bertambah menjadi 17,9 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0555% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 14,2 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0442%. (end)
