IQPlus, (7/8) - Jemmy Kurniawan selaku Komisaris utama PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk (MEDS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen MEDS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (29/7) menyampaikan bahwa Jemmy telah menjual saham MEDS sebanyak 4.000.000 lembar saham diharga Rp75 per saham dan sebanyak 7.076.000 lembar saham di harga Rp76 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk pengurangan jumlah saham dengan kepemilikan langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Jemmy di MEDS menjadi 874,8 juta lembar saham (55,99%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 885,8 juta lembar saham (56,70%). (end)
