IQPlus, (7/8) - Jimmy Tandyo selaku Direktur PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 4 dan 5 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen AKRA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (6/8) menyampaikan Jimmy telah menjual sebanyak 1.375.300 lembar saham AKRA di harga Rp1.450 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Jimmy Tandyo di AKRA menjadi 56,6 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,282% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 58 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,289%. (end)
