IQPlus, (12/10) - Johan A M M Hutauruk selaku Direktur utama PT Nitrasarana Dharma Tbk. (JECX) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen JECX dalam keterangan tertulisnya (7/10) menuturkan bahwa Johan telah membeli sebanyak 10.000 lembar saham di harga Rp1.555 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Johan di JECX menjadi 18.824.000 lembar saham (0,58%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 18.814.000 lembar saham. (end)
