IQPlus, (27/7) - Purnamawati Gumulya selaku Komisaris PT Imago Mulia Persada Tbk. (LFLO) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2025.
Manajemen LFLO dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (24/7) menyampaikan bahwa Purnama telah membeli sebanyak 2.370.000 lembar saham LFLO di harga Rp120 per saham
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian maka kepemilikan saham Purnamawati Gumulya di LFLO bertambah menjadi 331,2 juta lembar saham (25,33%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 328,8 juta lembar saham (25,15%). (end)
