IQPlus, (3/8) - Siauw Yunus Subandi selaku pemegang saham PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk. (LRNA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 17 Juli 2026.
Manajemen LRNA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (1/8) menyampaikan bahwa Yunus Subandi telah membeli saham LRNA sebanyak 76.800 lembar saham di harga Rp180 saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Yunus Subandi di LRNA menjadi 26,9 juta lembar saham (7,69%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 26,8 juta lembar saham (7,66%). (end)
