IQPlus, (6/10) - HP Capital Resources selaku pemegang saham PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk. (LUCY) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 1-2 Oktober dan 5 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen LUCY dalam keterangan tertulisnya (6/10) menyampaikan HP Capital telah menjual sebanyak 5.275.700 lembar saham di harga Rp259 per saham dan sebanyak 11.761.000 lembar saham di harga Rp268 per saham serta sebanyak 10.634.500 lembar saham di harga Rp245 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Diversifikasi dan alokasi aset dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham HP Capital di LUCY menjadi 166,6 juta lembar saham (10,99%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 194,2 juta lembar saham (12,83%). (end)
