IQPlus, (14/10) - HP Capital Resources selaku pemegang saham PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk. (LUCY) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 9 Oktober dan 12 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen LUCY dalam keterangan tertulisnya (14/10) menyampaikan HP Capital telah menjual sebanyak 10.010.600 lembar saham di harga Rp173 per saham dan sebanyak 6.032.200 lembar saham di harga Rp159 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Penyesuaian Portofolio Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham HP Capital di LUCY menjadi 100,13 juta lembar saham (6,61%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 116,17 juta lembar saham (7,67%). (end)
