IQPlus, (14/10) - SAMUDRA (INVESTMENT) PTE.LTD selaku pemegang saham PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. (MAPI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen MAPI dalam keterangan tertulisnya (14/10) menyampaikan Samudra telah membeli sebanyak 187.448.100 lembar saham di harga Rp1.523 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham SAMUDRA INVESTMENT di MAPI menjadi 5.167.448.100 lembar saham (31,13%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 4.980.000.000 lembar saham (30%). (end)
