IQPlus, (25/9) - Roberto Lorato selaku Komisaris PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEDC) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 7 September 2026.
Manajemen MEDC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (25/9) menyampaikan bahwa Roberto telah menjual sebanyak 3.000.000 lembar saham MEDC di harga Rp1.500 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Pribadi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Roberto di MEDC berkurang menjadi 10,13 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,04% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 13,13 Juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,05%. (end)
