IQPlus, (18/8) - Siwie Honoris selaku pemegang saham PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen MICE dalam keterangan tertulisnya (14/8) menyampaikan bahwa Siwie telah membeli saham MICE sebanyak 89.300 lembar saham diharga Rp520-Rp525 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Siwie Honoris di MICE menjadi 949.000 lembar saham (0,1582%) lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 859.700 lembar saham (0,1433%). (end)
