IQPlus, (9/10) - Moeljati Soetrisno selaku Direktur PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk. (TOTL) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen TOTL dalam keterangan tertulisnya (8/10) menyampaikan bahwa Moeljati telah membeli saham TOTL sebanyak 50.000 lembar di harga Rp1.470 per saham dan menjual sebanyak 50.000 lembar saham di harga Rp1.400 per saham pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini untuk investasi/take profit dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Moeljati di TOTL menjadi 2.350.000 lembar saham (0,068%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 2.300.000 lembar saham (0,067%). (end)
