IQPlus, (27/7) - PT. Permata Health Nusantara selaku pemegang saham PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk. (MSIE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 24 Juli 2026.
Manajemen MSIE dalam keterangan tertulisnya (27/7) menyampaikan bahwa PT Permata Health Nusantara telah membeli saham MSIE sebanyak 1.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp80 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investment dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham PT Permata Health Nusantara di MSIE menjadi 22,3 juta lembar saham setara dengan 1,53% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 21,3 juta lembar saham setara dengan 1,46%. (end)
