IQPlus, (22/10) - Ben Aristarchus Widyatmodjo selaku Wakil Presiden Komisaris PT Metrodata Elektronics Tbk. (MTDL) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15-16 Oktober dan 19 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen MTDL dalam keterangan tertulisnya (21/10) menyampaikan bahwa Ben Aristarchus telah membeli saham MTDL sebanyak 61.000 Lembar saham diharga Rp436-Rp496 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Ben Aristarchus di MTDL bertambah menjadi 321.500 lembar saham (0,003%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 260.500 lembar saham (0,002%). (end)
