IQPlus, (5/10) - Yulie Sekuritas selaku pemegang saham PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 September 2026.
Manajemen MTLA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (2/10) menyampaikan bahwa Yulie Sekuritas telah menjual saham MTLA sebanyak 150.000.000 lembar saham MTLA di harga Rp690 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Penjualan saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Yulie Sekuritas di MTLA menjadi 403,9 juta lembar saham (5,28%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 553,9 juta lembar saham (7,24%). (end)
