IQPlus, (30/10) - Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno selaku Presiden Komisaris PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk. (MUTU) telah melakukan investasi pada tanggal 26 Oktober hingga 29 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen MUTU dalam keterangan tertulisnya (29/10) menyampaikan bahwa Sandiaga telah membeli sebanyak 9.515.000 lembar saham MUTU di harga Rp101-Rp109 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Sandiaga di MUTU menjadi 9,5 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,2756% dibandingkan sebelumnya 0 lembar saham. (end)
