IQPlus, (19/8) - Nicholas Santoso selaku Direktur PT Charnic Capital Tbk. (NICK) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen NICK dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (18/8) menyampaikan bahwa Nicholas telah membeli saham NICK sebanyak 1.400 lembar saham di harga Rp1.470-Rp1.500 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Nicholas Santoso di NICK menjadi 166.500 lembar saham (0,03%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 165.100 lembar saham. (end)
