IQPlus, (25/9) - Paradiso Resources sebagai Pemegang saham PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk. (NSSS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen NSSS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (24/9) menuturkan bahwa Paradiso Resources telah membeli sebanyak 414.632.400 Lembar saham NSSS di harga Rp820 per saham dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan langsung.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Paradiso Resources di NSSS menjadi 1,392 milyar lembar saham setara dengan 5,85% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 977,4 juta lembar saham setara dengan 4,11%. (end)
