IQPlus, (10/8) - PT Samuel Sekuritas sebagai Pemegang saham PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk. (NSSS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen NSSS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (8/8) menuturkan bahwa PT Samuel Sekuritas telah membeli sebanyak 492.083.200 Lembar saham NSSS di harga Rp940 per saham dan menjual sebanyak 204.966.400 lembar saham di harga Rp378 per saham dengan tujuan penempatan dan pencairan repo.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham PT Samuel Sekuritas di NSSS menjadi 6,39 milyar lembar saham setara dengan 26,88% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 6,11 milyar lembar saham setara dengan 25,67%. (end)
