IQPlus, (30/7) - Ismu Prasetyo selaku Direktur PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk. (NTBK) telah menambah porsi kepemilkan sahamnya pada tanggal 22 Juli dan 24 Juli 2026.
Manajemen NTBK dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (26/5) menyampaikan bahwa Ismu telah membeli saham NTBK sebanyak 11.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp125 per saham dan sebanyak 12.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp120 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Ismu di NTBK menjadi 23,3 juta lembar saham (0,86%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 344.700 lembar saham (0,01%). (end)
