IQPlus, (12/8) - PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (PALM) telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Provident Investasi Bersama Tahap V Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada 3 September 2026.
Menurut keterangan perseroan Rabu, obligasi tersebut memiliki tingkat bunga tetap 7,50% per tahun. Dana pelunasan dan pembayaran bunga akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum 3 September 2026, sesuai ketentuan dan jadwal yang berlaku.
Perseroan menyatakan kesiapan dana tersebut tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk. (end)
