IQPlus, (30/7) - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) meraih pendapatan neto Rp2,92 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 naik dari Rp1,64 triliun di periode sama tahun sebelumnya.
Menurut laporan keuangan perseroan Kamis, beban pokok pendapatan naik menjadi Rp710,14 miliar dari Rp680,07 miliar dan laba bruto meningkat tajam menjadi Rp2,21 triliun dibanding Rp965,36 miliar.
Laba sebelum pajak mencapai Rp1,92 triliun naik dari Rp649,03 miliar. Laba yang diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk mencapai Rp1,66 triliun naik tajam dari Rp285,86 miliar tahun sebelumnya.
Jumlah liabilitas turun menjadi Rp17,02 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 dari Rp18,92 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. Sementara jumlah aset mencapai Rp50,77 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 naik tipis dari Rp50,58 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. (end)
