IQPlus, (3/8) - Patrick Rudolf Dannacher selaku Direktur Utama PT ITSEC Asia Tbk. (CYBR) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 24 Juli hingga 30 Juli 2026.
Manajemen CYBR dalam keterangan tertulisnya (31/7) menyampaikan bahwa Patrick Rudolf telah membeli saham CYBR sebanyak 6.478.100 lembar saham CYBR diharga Rp540-Rp570 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham tidak langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Patrick Rudolf Dannacher di CYBR bertambah menjadi 70,8 juta lembar saham (0,526%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 64,4 juta lembar saham (0,477%). (end)
