IQPlus, (29/10) - PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGAS) menyepakati potensi transaksi jual beli liquefied natural gas (LNG) South Hub dengan estimasi nilai transaksi sebesar USD996,464 juta.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan pada 29 Oktober 2026, PGN menyebutkan transaksi tersebut melibatkan PT Pertamina (Persero) bersama sejumlah perusahaan sebagai penjual. Sementara itu, PGN, PT Pertagas Niaga, dan PT Perta Arun Gas bertindak sebagai pembeli.
Kesepakatan tersebut berkaitan dengan potensi penjualan LNG South Hub kepada PGN dan/atau afiliasinya untuk periode pengiriman mulai 1 Januari 2027 hingga 31 Desember 2032.
PGN menyatakan, transaksi ini berpotensi menambah portofolio pasokan gas jangka panjang perseroan serta mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan gas bumi untuk kegiatan niaga gas yang bersumber dari LNG. (end)
