IQPlus, (14/8) - Phillip Tjipto selaku Direktur PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk. (IMPC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen IMPC dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (14/8) menyampaikan bahwa Phillip Tjipto telah membeli sebanyak 1.450.000.000 lembar saham IMPC di harga Rp1.250 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian maka kepemilikan saham Phillip Tjipto di IMPC bertambah menjadi 1.608.853.100 lembar saham (2,93%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 158.853.100 lembar saham (0,29%). (end)
