IQPlus, (28/7) - PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) mencatat pendapatan usaha Rp496,66 miliar hingga 30 Juni 2026 naik tipis dari Rp495,46 miliar di periode sama tahun sebelumnya.
Laporan keuangan perseroan Selasa menyebutkan, beban pokok pendapatan naik menjadi Rp307,36 miliar dari Rp283,34 miliar dan laba bruto turun menjadi Rp191,30 miliar dari laba bruto Rp212,11 miliar tahun sebelumnya.
Beban usaha naik menjadi Rp133,77 miliar dari Rp126,31 miliar dan laba usaha turun menjadi Rp57,53 miliar dari laba usaha Rp85,80 miliar.
Laba sebelum pajak turun menjadi Rp13,23 miliar dari Rp34,51 miliar. Laba bersih yang diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk turun menjadi Rp1,03 miliar dari Rp21,69 miliar.
Jumlah liabilitas turun menjadi Rp1,64 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 dari Rp1,77 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. Jumlah aset mencapai Rp3,46 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 turun dari Rp3,63 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. (end)
