IQPlus, (22/10) - Ferizal Martifauzi selaku Komisaris PT Bukit Asam Tbk. (PTBA) telah melepas kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2026.

Manajemen PTBA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (22/10) menyampaikan bahwa Ferizal telah menjual saham PTBA sebanyak 1.000 lembar saham di harga Rp3.050 per saham.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Penjualan dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Ferizal di PTBA menjadi 0 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 1.000 lembar saham. (end)
