IQPlus, (22/7) - PT Pusaka Citra Djokosoetono selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 17 dan 21 Juli 2026.
Manajemen BIRD dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (21/7) menyampaikan bahwa Pusaka Citra telah menjual sebanyak 156.800.000 lembar saham di harga Rp1.500 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Penjualan dengan kepemilikan saham langsung."tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Pusaka Citra di BIRD menjadi 553,05 juta lembar saham (22,1038%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 709,8 juta lembar saham (28,3705%) . (end)
