IQPlus, (1/10) - RR CAPITAL GROUP PTE. LTD selaku pemegang saham PT Panca Global Capital Tbk. (PEGE) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 28 September 2026.
Manajemen PEGE dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/9) menyampaikan bahwa RR Capital telah menjual sebanyak 156.000.000 lembar saham PEGE di harga Rp190 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan penjualan dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham RR Capital di PEGE menjadi 1,44 miliar lembar saham (38,28%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 1,60 miliar lembar saham (42,41%) . (end)
