IQPlus, (28/9) - Rudy selaku Presiden Direktur PT Astra International Tbk. (ASII) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 24 dan 25 serta 28 September 2026.
Manajemen ASII dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (23/9) menyampaikan bahwa Rudy telah membeli saham ASII sebanyak 2.200.000 lembar saham di harga Rp4.760 per saham dan sebanyak 2.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp4.700 per saham serta sebanyak 200.000 lembar saham di harga Rp4.700 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Rudy di ASII menjadi 10 juta lembar saham (0,0247%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 5,6 juta lembar saham (0,0138). (end)
